FM200 Fire Detection Tube
Fire Detection Tube is a reliable and cost-effective automatic fire detection and suppression system that installs in small enclosures or inaccessible areas. It actuates by a pressurized detection tube that ruptures when exposed to the heat and flame of the growing fire. The system requires no electricity and is easy to install and maintain. It is compatible with HFC-227ea or Co2,and direct release or indirect release systems are available.
Direct type fire detecting tube fire suppression system is filled with fm200 agent . It is a kind of colorless and tasteless and non-corrosive and electricity-insulating gas without residue and pollution after extinguishing. And ODP of it is zero. It is a friendly-environment gas to be used for extinguishing. Also, because of such feature, it can be used in special place where electrical fire is easy to happen.
Through long detecting tube with gas and pressure inside, it can be an automatic fire extinguisher without any manual manipulation.
Because of the soft characteristic, the fire detecting tube can be fixed at any places that fire easily happens. Thus when there is a fire in the cabinet, the fire detecting tube can be quickly broken by the fire. After the fire detecting tube broken, the air pressure changes and the fire agent comes out to the broken hole for spraying out to put out the fire. At the same time, the small alarm bell on the top part of the fire extinguisher rings to tell users that there is a fire and please check it and refill the system.
The direct type fire detecting tube fire suppression system is consist of a cylinder, an at most 25m long fire detecting tube, a container valve and two kinds of agents-- co2 and fm200.
The indirect type fire detecting tube fire suppression system has the same components as the direct type except a release tube added. In this system, the fire detecting tube is used for just detecting function, so it needs a release tube together, however, for the direct type, the fire detecting tube can be used for both detecting and releasing.
