White Alumina Bubble Refractory fire brick for high temp kilns light weight heat resistant 1.1g/cm3
Alumina Bubble Refractory fire brick uses fused corundum, sintered alumina and industrial alumina as the main raw materials, made of heat-resistant refractory products, with acid and alkali resistant and strong anti-reduction ability, good thermal shock resistance characteristics.
Alumina Bubble Refractory fire brick can be used under 1700°C for a long time. Its production process adopts the foam method and the burn-in addition method. Two kinds of foam methods are: using rosin soap foam agent and finely pulverized raw materials, binding agents, etc. to prepare foam mud, casting molding, drying, firing, shaping, and selection.
Alumina Bubble Refractory fire brick produced by the foam method are characterized by uniform structure, low thermal conductivity, and good thermal insulation properties, light weight with high compressive strength, little permanent linear change, and good thermal shock resistance.
Alumina Bubble Refractory fire brick can be used in the heat insulation layer of high-temperature thermal equipment or in furnaces directly affected by flames. The work of precision thermal equipment is lining, but it is not suitable for direct contact with the erosion of molten liquid and molten slag. The working temperature depending on the product purity is generally up to 1650 ~ 1800 °C.
