Description

Slag resistant Silica Refractory Mortar for silica fire bricks masonry in coke oven

Refractory mortar should be chosen with consideration of the close chemical composition of firebrick to ensure that the masonry can bond reliably.

Also the mortar’s sintering temperature is or slightly lower than the parts of the working temperature so that the mortar can be sintered under operating conditions, and bond with refractory brick, but should not lower too much, thus the refractory performance can not adapt to the requirement of masonry.

Silica Castable Refractory Mortar with features of:

1, High refractory and refractoriness under load thus the mortar can be used under high temperature without losing the structural strength

2, Good slag resistance

Strong slag resistant to glass dust and fuel ash so that the brick joints are not eroded too early

3,Good working performance, strong bonding ability, good smear

Silica refractory mortar with high bonding strength at low to high temperature which can make the masonry to be a overall structure.
