Slag-iron Separating Agent Strong erosion resistant Metallurgical industry refractory material

Aiming at the smelting process of steel problems, a large amount of associated slag is generated, and the equipment slag sticking is very serious. Our new-type slag-iron separating agent effectively solves this problem, reduces labor intensity and improves the operating rate.

The new-type of converter slag-iron separating agent produced by our company has strong anti-corrosion to slag and iron during use, and is resistant to scouring of molten iron and slag. After construction, the new type anti-sticking slag agent can form a protective coating between the equipment and the refractory materials or refractory materials and molten iron and iron slag, effectively reducing the frequency of various sticking slag phenomenon, and will not cause any pollution to the steel iron products .

Slag-iron separating agent Features and Performance:

1. Mainly applied to converter, steel ladle, torpedo car, hot metal ladle.

2. It is with Al2O3-Cao composite material and special agent, little pollution for hot metal and liquid steel.

3. Do installation by mechanical spraying with 1-3mm coating thickness.

4. The agent will peel off easily from the original lining after adhering slag.

5.Do spraying or coating at regular time to effectively lengthen shelf life without influence on normal operation.
