Sintered Alumina Chrome Brick Good Refractoriness Degree Used In Volatile Kiln

The main mineral composition of aluminum chrome brick is α-Al2O3-Cr2O3 solid solution. The minor mineral composition is a small amount of compound spinel (or not containing compound spinel), chromium oxide content of 1% ~ 30% refractory brick. There are two kinds of cast chrome corundum bricks and sintered chrome corundum bricks. In general, chrome corundum brick refers to sintered chrome corundum brick.

The chrome corundum brick products I produce are made of corundum and fused chromium oxide as the main raw materials, with micro powder and other additives, after mixing,

forming, drying, and firing at high temperature in shuttle kiln. Products with wear resistance, heat shock, acid and alkali erosion and other characteristics. High chromium brick (Cr2O3≥90%) is mainly used in coal chemical industry, chemical industry kiln, alkali free glass fiber kiln, garbage incinerator and other key parts of kiln;
