Product Descripton

Zhongwo steel insulated fire doors consist of door leaf, door frame, door closer, fire hinges, fire bolts, fireproof expansion seals and other optional hardware accessories. Door leaf and door frame are made of galvanized steel sheets. Inside there are fireproof perlite boards as infilling materials which decide the fire ratings to great extent. Besides, in the body of door leaf we weld 3 mm thick reinforcing steel plate to make it sturdy structure. On the other side, we introduce surface treatment of powder coating instead of traditional painting in order to increase its environmental as well as decorative performance. By the way, we can also insert fireproof glasses into door leaf or onto upper part of door frame as your request.

What's more, all of our 1 hour steel insulated fire doors meet the standard BS476:part 22 and are awarded BS certificates.
