Hotel Wooden Fire Door

According to building standard room entrance doors for hotel shall be minimum 20 minutes fire rated and smoke-proof. Also can be 30mins, 60mins or 90mins fire rated in accordance with standard BS476 or EN1634:1. Besides, in order to protect guests from disturbing by noise from external the hotel room entrance doors shall be with acoustic function.
Zowor wooden fire doors are tested to BS476-22:1987 and also get through acoustic test “Air Sound Insulation” to standard ISO 10140-2-2010.

Door Thickness: 2” (50mm)
Max Size: 4’0” x 8’0” for 30mins, 60mins and 90mins single leaf door; 8’0” x 8’0”for 30mins, 60mins and 90mins double leaf door;
Infilling Material: 38mm thick Particle Board or Fireproof Perlite Board with 3mm acoustic blanket on both sides,
Face: base material is MDF or plywood with HPL, Laminate, PVC, wood veneer with PU painting as finish, thickness is about 1/8’’(3mm).
Design: Various options.
Stile and Rail: mineral bonded and hardwood lipping.
Intumescent Strip: Fireproof intumescent strips pasted around door edges.
Cut Ready: For hinge, lock set, automatic bottom seal, eye viewer, security door latch, etc.





Frames of Zowor Hotel Wooden Fire Doors:

We provide two kinds of frames to match our hotel wooden fire doors, timber frames and metal frames.

Timber Frames are made of precious solid wood such as Oak, Beech, Cherry, Mahogany and Pinewood which are all treated with frame retardant liquid. Frame Depth can be customized to fit your wall thickness, popular sizes are 150mm, 180mm, 200mm and max. 300mm. Finishes of the frames shall be the same as door finishes by default in order to make it harmonious.

Metal Frames are made of galvanized steel in thickness of 1.2mm, with surface powder coated, wood grain transfer or to any RAL color painted. Metal Frames can be taken apart into 3 parts or 4 parts as knockdown frames. But normally we provide welded frames.

Options:

Architraves in width of 60mm, 70mm and 80mm are also popular options for you. Thickness is usually 25mm or customized.

Actually people can not recognize fire rated wood doors from interior non-fire-rated doors only from appearance since the same finish and designs. Only marks of fire rated wood doors are fire rated labels on door and frame which are specially placed by door manufactures.

Application

Zowor hotel wooden fire doors can not only be used as room entrance doors, but also used in public areas such as reception, restaurants, meetings room, ballroom, Gym Room, toilet and spa area; also private area: bedrooms, bathroom, suites, corridors and management office, etc.

Hardware

By default, we fit hardware such as door closers, hinges, locks and fire bolts, which have been tested to American standards. Others such as doors selectors, electric magnetic door holders, door stoppers and so on are also for your choice.
We can also supply hardware to other standards upon request.
