Production Description

Zhongwo wooden baking paint fire door has elegant appearance and strong fire performance. The surface decoration layer is processed with baking paint and solid wood paste which is coated with natural and precious solid wood skin. It gains the advantages of bright color with strong visual impact, good surface finish, easy to scrub, moisture-proof and sound insulation after many times treatment of spraying and polishing.

Test Standard
All of Zhongwo wooden fire doors are tested to British standard BS476:part 22 & EN1634:1, fire rating can be up to 30mins and 60mins.

Soundproof Performance
Zhongwo wooden interior fire rated doors shall be fire rated and soundproof at the same time. According to air sound insulation standard ISO 10140-2-2010 our wooden fire rated doors can be up to 40dB soundproof.

Determination of the Opening Direction of Fire Doors

The fire door is generally a normally closed external door, and it opens in the direction of evacuation. Standing on the front of the door facing the hinge, if the hinge is on your right, it’s opening outward right.

Cover: Wall thickness ranges from 150mm, 180mm, 200mm to 300mm, customization is available.

Fireproof door holders, hinges, locksets are standard choice for you. More options are aligners, stoppers, magnetic door holders etc.. We can also supply hardware to other standards upon request.

Remarks: If you don’t need hardware but only punching holes, please send us some samples of your ironmongery so that we can make it precise in door manufacturing.
