• Standard: BS476-part22:1987 for fire test; ISO 10140-2-2010 for Air Sound Insulation

• Certificate: Certificate issued by Intertek for up 90mins fire rating.

• Size Range: popular size of single doors is 3' wide by 7' high(915*2134mm), max. size is 4' wide by 8' high(1219*2400mm);

popular size of double doors is 6' wide by 7' high(1828*2134mm), max. size is 8' wide by 8' high(2400*2400mm).

• Thickness: 45mm for standard doors; 50mm for fire rated acoustic doors

• Fire Door Core: Fireproof Perlite Board or Solid Particle Board(For acoustic doors also acoustic blankets)

• Thickness of Core: 38mm

• Temp Rise: 30 Minutes, 250 Degrees Maximum

• Material: Solid wood such as Pinewood, Beach, Mahogany, Cherry, Oak and Walnut

Package & Delivery

Standard package with PEP paper wrapped around the door, foam sheet on both sides, foamy corner protector at 4 edges and strong cartoons outside; the other is with wooden pallet or wooden box.

Package dimension is usually each 50mm more than door leaf sizes in width and height, and 15-20mm more in thickness.

Besides, standard package will make the door 2Kg heavier; And every wooden pallet weights itself 5kg, each wooden pallet can load max. 10 standard doors with frames.

As far as delivery is concerned, normally we export at Qingdao port, can also export at any port you want.

Note: Quantity in container is calculated theoretically based on sizes of door leaf with package.
