FD90 Wooden Fire Rated Door With Steel Frame

Zhongwo FD90 wooden fire door with steel frame consist of wooden leaf and steel frame. Skeleton of door leaf is made from plywood, infilling materials for door leaf is normally perlite board or partical board. And the frame is made of 18/16 Ga. galvanized steel sheet.

All of our fire doors are tested to BS476:22 & EN1634:1. We can provide you with related test report or certificates.

Max Size: 36''X84'' for Single Door, 72''X84'' for Double Door

Design: Customized design can be made after talking with our technicians.

Fire Door Core Thick: 1 1/2” (38mm).

Core: Normally we make perlite board as infilling core, there are also partical board and honeycomb paper for your choice.

Finished: Primed, Stained veneered, Natural veneer, High Pressure Laminated Finished (HPL);

Intumescent strip: Required by 45 minutes fire rated door and up to 90 minutes rating.

Cut ready: For hinge, lock set, automatic bottom seal, eye viewer, security door guard, etc.

Normally we provide laminate as finish for customers. There are many advantages.
