Zowor steel fire exit doors are suitable for internal and external locations with fire rating of up to 120mins. All of our steel fire exit doors are customzied to client's requirements. There are some features about Zowor steel fire exit doors as following:

Product Description

Door Slab is constructered with Zinc-coated galvanized steel sheet on both sides, sandwiching light and fire resistant honeycomb paper. Inside of door leaf there are U-type steel stiffners welded on the inner-surface of leaf. They functions together to prevent door slabs from twisting. On outer-edges of leaf grooves are engraved to insert fireproof intumescent seals which will expand to seal gaps between leaf and frame when heated. Thus flames and smoke can not get through and spread outside.

Door Frame can be welded or know-down frames. For both types single and double rabbet structures are available. Door frames are bent from 1.2mm thick galvanized steel, 304 stainless steel sheet can be option. Frame depth is 120mm with 98mm throat opening. We can also customized other frame depths for clients. By the way, fireproof intumescent seals shall also be located on inner-safce of frames against door leaf.

Surface Treatment

1. Powder Coating

Normally we finish our fire exit steel doors with high quality plastic powders with 2 years warranty. This kind of finish makes doors more beautiful and smooth on surface. And it can be chosen from powder series for internal application and for external. Moreover, we can spray powders to any color.

2. Wood Grain

Wood Grain is also called heat transfer printing by us. It means we paste special papers with wood texture on doors and heaten them together in professional equipment for certain minutes, then the wood texture will be printed onto door surface. Doors with this kind of finish are perfect combination of " elegance of wood " and " strength of steel ".

3. Paint as Option

We can also customize painting finish to your request. The paint will be warter-based containing few Formaldehyde, thus almost no harm to environment.
