TPP Thermal Protection Performance Tester
Product introduction:
TPP Thermal Protective Performance Tester is used to measure the thermal insulation performance of flame retardant protective clothing fabric exposed to radiation heat source and convection heat source, and to test the thermal protection performance of protective clothing, safety shoes, gloves, helmet external surface, etc.
Standards:
Comply with GB 38302-2019, ASTM F2700-08 and other standards for protective clothing.
Technical specifications:
1. Including sample holder assembly, support of sample holder assembly, heat source, protective cover, sensor assembly, recorder and gasket, as well as gas source, gas flowmeter, burner and sensor
2. Two Meker burners are placed at 45 degrees, and nine quartz tubes are used to provide standard convection heat source;
3. 9 T150 quartz infrared tube arrays, which can provide heat radiation flux of 13-40 kW/m2 ± 4 kW/m2;
4. Under the thermal radiation of quartz infrared tube, the total heat flux can be set to 83kW/m2 ± by adjusting the gas supplied to Meker burner
2 kW/m2;
5. The calibrated heat flow meter is water-cooled, with a working range of 0-100KW/m2 and a maximum use range of 150%;
6. Equipped with computer and printer, standard test software and standard test curve (professional software test package: first level burn and second level burn curve).
