Scope of application: It is mainly applicable to the change characteristics of leather, plastic, rubber, cloth and other materials before and after heating. Observe the yellowing resistance, glue opening, shrinkage, elongation, residual rate and other properties of the test sample before and after aging, so as to determine its aging characteristics to assist epoxy powder spray coating, which has overload protection, light weight, small size, beautiful appearance and wide use.

The ventilation type aging test chamber uses hot air circulation to promote the aging of the test piece. The inner chamber is tightly sealed, equipped with an air removal device in the inner chamber and an automatic overtemperature cutting protection device, which meets the test requirements of ul-1581.

Thermal aging characteristics and uses: It can be used for hot air aging tests of rubber and plastic products, electrical insulation and other materials, and the temperature control adopts digital display and PID automatic adjustment thermostat, from room temperature to 200 °C-300 °C range, the working temperature can be set arbitrarily, and the temperature is automatically constant, and the blower motor is installed in the box to force the hot air to convection and promote the rapid aging test of the sample under constant temperature conditions. The structure of the main engine and the instruments and materials are designed after a detailed study of the airflow and temperature in the box, and the long-term use proves that it has the advantages of sensitive temperature control, good temperature uniformity, large effective space and stable performance. The test results are fully in line with the national standard for vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber GB/T3512-2001 standard, GB/T2951.2-1997 cable insulation and sheath material thermal aging test and other standards.
