(3) The thickness is 0.5 mm ± 0.02 mm;
(4) Vickers hardness: HV=135 ± 15;
(5) Quality and roughness: The composition and characteristics of materials should be consistent. Roll the nickel sheet into a smooth cylinder with a smooth surface. Sleeves should be cut longitudinally, and there should be no bending, waviness, indentation, inclusions, grease and other defects.
2. Material requirements of spring
Elastic steel wire, diameter: about 0.8 mm, length: 1 ~ 1.5 turns around the sleeve.
