Following industry requests for a range of lightweight, grease free, high performance metal fittings, our R&D engineers have taken their popular KQG/KFG and KQB metal fittings ranges, added some missing options, and made them even smaller, lighter and stronger.

Designed for applications where heat, corrosion and chemical resistance is a necessity, the new KQG2 Series of stainless steel 316 one-touch fittings are now up to 30% smaller and 62% lighter than the previous models with 8 new options, totaling 17 models. Additionally, two new tube sizes can now be used with varying tube diameters from 3.2mm up to 16mm.

Series KFG2, a stainless steel 316 insert type fitting now comes with an increased 5 to 9 model options. Notably, it is up to 44% smaller and 37% lighter. NPT threads and the addition of a 16mm tube size enable these fitting to operate in temperatures from -65ºC to 260ºC when selected without a sealing thread agent. As a result, users will benefit from easier maintenance due to sleeveless sealing.

Finally, to complete our metal fitting range is our brass option Series KQB2. Similarly, it is up to 30% smaller and 62% lighter than the previous models, allowing an expanded range from 9 to 17 models with both NPT and G threads. Electroless nickel plating is applied to all brass parts to ensure its continued good condition throughout its lifetime.
