Features:

The inverter features easy, guided start-up and is of modular construction, which allows for maximum configuration flexibility. It has six programmable isolated digital inputs, two scaleable analog inputs (0 V to 10 V, 0 mA to 20 mA) which can also be used as a 7th/8th digital input and two programmable analog outputs (0 mA to 20 mA). Additionally, there are three programmable relay outputs (30 V DC/5 A resistive load; 250 V AC/2A inductive load). Its low-noise motor operation is thanks to high pulse frequencies, which can be adjusted (observing derating if necessary). Complete protection is also included for the motor and inverter.

The modular design of the inverter features a compact housing as a result of high power density, easy cable connection and detachable operator panels. Mains and motor connections are separated for optimum electromagnetic compatibility. Furthermore, the control terminals are screwless and on the detachable I/O board.

The inverter utilises the latest IGBT technology as well as digital microprocessor control, enabling it to operate with a high-quality vector control system and flux current control (FCC) for improved dynamic response and optimised motor control. Additionally, there are V/f characteristics, torque control, flying restart and slip compensation available, as well as user-definable function blocks for logic and arithmetic operations.

It has an operating temperature range of -10°C to +50°C (0.12 kW to 75 kW), and 0°C to +40°C (90 kW to 200 kW). Other features include kinetic buffering, positioning ramp down, high-grade PID controller for simple internal process control (autotuning), programmable acceleration/deceleration from 0 s to 650 s, ramp smoothing, fast current limit (FCL) for trip-free operation, fast, repeatable digital input response time, fine adjustment using two high-resolution 10-bit analog inputs, compound braking for controlled rapid braking, integrated brake chopper (for 0.12 kW to 75 kW inverters), four skip frequencies and a removable “Y” capacitor for use on IT systems.
