Rexroth HED8OP-2X/200 Durable Hydraulic Switch For Various Installation Positions - 0.8 Kg
The HED 8 hydro-electric pressure switch is a piston type pressure switch shaped like a housing. It contains an installation kit with a piston, compression spring, adjustment element, and micro switch. When the pressure drops below the set pressure, the micro switch is pushed into action. This is done by applying pressure to the nozzle of the piston so that it is supported by the spring plate. When the set pressure is reached, the movement of the piston causes the micro switch to be released. This switches the electric circuit off or on, depending on the set-up.
The mechanical positive stop of the spring plate also protects the micro switch from mechanical destruction caused by sudden pressure drops, and prevents solid compression of the compression spring if there is an overpressure. However, to ensure longer service life, the pressure switch should be installed in an area that has minimal amount of vibrations, and is shielded from hydraulic pressure surges.
The subplate mounting/pipeline installation can be connected with flange according to ISO 16873. Moreover, as a vertical stacking element in connection with sandwich plates, it has 5 pressure ratings and 4 adjust types.
Firstly, spindle with/without protective cap, spindle with scale, with/without protective cap, rotary knob with scale, lockable rotary knob with scale can be chosen as the adjustment type. Secondly, this product supports both large cubic connector and M12 x 1 connector for electrical connection.
Not to mentioned, it has the ability to switch currents from 1 mA to 2 A, and obtain UL approval for pressure ranges up to 350 bars. Besides, micro switch with NC/NO contact function are adopted in this subplate mounting/pipeline installation.
