Hydraulic Control Valve is designed for controlling pressure and flow rate of oil in hydraulic systems. It is suitable for use in a wide range of ambient temperatures, from -30 to +50°C (NBR Seals). The valve can handle a maximum flow of 80L/min (DC), or 60L/min (AC), with a power consumption of 30W. It is also able to handle a wide range of oil viscosities, from 2.8 to 500 Mm2/s. This valve is ideal for a variety of applications requiring pressure control, such as automotive, construction and agricultural machinery, and many other industrial sectors. The Hydraulic Control Valve is a highly reliable and robust valve, with excellent performance and accuracy.
The Direct operated directional spool valve with solenoid actuation in high-performance design can be ported according to DIN 24340 Form A, ISO 4401-03-02-05 and NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D03. Subplates are provided in the data sheet RE 45052. The solenoids used here are wet-pin ofeither DC or AC voltages, with detachable coil that can be rotated by 90° and the coils can be changed without having to open the pressure-tight chamber. Electrical connetions are either individual or central ones (for more electrical connetions see RE 08010). There is a manual override, optional. A smoothly switching variant can be found in RE 23183, and inductive position switch and proximity sensor (contactless) in RE 24830.
