Bypass valves are fitted in our filters. The elements are pleated in order to increase the surface area for an effective filtration process. The flow direction is from the outside of the filter to the inside. Contamination retainers are also available as an accessory. The filters also offer superb adsorbtion of finest particles over a wide differential pressure range, which ensures exemplary beta value stability over a wide differential pressure range. Their high contamination retention capacity makes them suitable for various applications, while the use of epoxy resins for impregnation and bonding offer good chemical resistance. Their element protection is also good due to the high collapse burst pressure resistance, especially during cold starts and differential pressure surges. Moreover, their excellent flow fatigue stability is achieved by using solid filter material as supports. Filtration ratings are available in 3µm, 5µm and 10µm, as well as absolute and 20µm.

A disposable paper element is also available. This element is high in contamination retention capacity due to the deep filtration performed, while its low flow resistance makes it very efficient. The paper is further supported by wire mesh on both sides, as well as being free of any bonding agent, making it a good fluid compatibility choice. Filtration ratings are available in 10µm, 20µm or nominal.

Wire mesh elements are used for high temperature range filtration. The corrosion protection is provided by stainless steel filter mesh and tin-plated steel parts. The filters are also cleanable and have a high differential pressure to support even the most extreme filtration processes. Filtration ratings are available in 25µm, 50µm, 100µm and 200µm, or nominal, depending on the application.
