The bypass valve of the filter has been fitted for ensuring the best performance and betterment in the efficiency of the function. The filter element has plastic pleating and a flow direction of from outside to inside.

A contamination retainer is available as an accessory to provide superb adsorption of finest particles over a wide differential pressure range. Additionally, its beta value remains stable throughout the same pressure range and the result is a high contamination retention capacity.

Good chemical resistance is acquirable due to the use of epoxy resins for impregnation and bonding, while element protection is granted because of the tremendous collapse burst pressure resistance. Excellent flow fatigue stability is granted thanks to solid filter material supports.

The disposable paper element comes equipped with a high contamination retention capacity thanks to deep filtration and it has low flow resistance due to the paper being supported on both sides with wire mesh. Fluid compatibility is maintained since the paper is free of any bonding agent, and filtration ratings revolve around 10µm, 20µm and nominal.

The wire mesh element is resistant to corrosion due to stainless steel filter mesh and tin plated steel parts, and it promises a high temperature range and excellent cleanability. It has a high differential pressure and a filtration rating with 25µm, 50µm, 100µm and 200µm nominal.
