The CY1B rodless cylinder operates with a unique working principle. It involves installing a powerful set of high-strength magnetic rings on the piston to create a magnetic field. These magnetic lines pass through the thin-walled cylinder and interact with another set of magnetic rings outside. The interaction between the two sets of magnets creates strong suction force.
When the air pressure inside the cylinder pushes the piston, the magnetic force drives the magnetic ring sleeve outside the cylinder to move seamlessly in tandem with the piston. The suction force of the magnetic ring has to be adjusted to suit the thrust of the cylinder piston.
