National is proud to present the first in a series of WiFi digital microscopes. This machine represents the latest in educational technology. This WiFi digital microscope comes bundled with the Moticam X5, which transfers its real-time images to an iOS or Android device.

This microscope features high speed, full resolution imaging technology built into one of our most popular microscopes. Use it as a traditional microscope or share live images with your class using a WiFi tablet or wireless laptop. High speed and high resolution for any budget.

Lighting:

The LED lamp has a rated life of up to 50,000 hours and illuminates as well as a 20 watt tungsten lamp.
The batteries allow 500 recharges and a single set of 3 rechargeable NiMH batteries will last between 20,000 and 25,000 hours. The microscope comes with a battery charger that automatically switches off when the batteries are fully charged - no danger of overcharging and shortening battery life. No need for expensive charging stations. Plug directly into a wall socket or use a normal, inexpensive power cord to charge multiple microscopes. The indicator light changes from red to green when fully charged.
One 8-hour charge lasts 50 hours.
