Structure:


1. Salt water spray test chamber is widely used in Corrosion resistance test for products after treated by plating, anodized, spraying, and anti-rust, to test the surface treatment of various materials.

2. A waterproof structure is adopted between the chamber cover and chamber body and thus there is no salt spray overflow.
3. Adopts the tower spraying system and equipped with the salt solution filter system and non-crystal nozzle so as to realize even salt spray distribution and freely adjustable settlement.

Features

1. The whole part of the device is made of P.V.C. Sheet and the inside of the device is reinforced by using a special lining material. Hence, it is sturdily made and will not transform forever.
2.Dual-loop circuit design, it can detect ferrous and non-ferrous and other metal objects, the sensitivity can be adjusted separately, with memory function can be stored 10 kinds of test material.
3. Separate heating system apart from salt testing chamber to ensure accurate result and protect circuit.
4. Exposure zone lined with corrosion-resistant PVC sheets.
5. Clear cover allows viewing of test conditions.
6. Peaked cover prevents dripping of condensation onto samples.
7. Use full automatic detecting system, test stopped automatic, and lighting display when trouble.
8. Heated humidifying tower with air relief valve, adjustable tower tip to orient salt fog.
9. Detector with audible and visual alarm, and automatically exclude, stop, rewind functions, user-friendly menu, easy to operate touch screen. Machine made of stainless steel,anti-corrosion, no rust, easy to clean up.
