What is Induction Heating? Induction heating can basically be considered as electromagnetic heating. In induction heating process, eddy currents are produced in the heated material using the electromagnetic induction principle and the heating of the material is carried out in a contactless manner. Hence, heating is much more efficient than traditional resistances since heat is produced inside the working material. In other words, heat losses are reduced by induction heating, thus increasing the total heating efficiency.

15KW /380V induction heating is a digital electromagnetic heating system developed by our company based on our fifth-generation DSP control platform. Compared with the previous electromagnetic heating controller, it adopts all-digital arithmetic processing, German Infineon magnetic drive and all-digital phase-locked tracking technology. It has the characteristics of high performance and stability, higher thermal efficiency, easy installation and low failure rate. It has a wide range of applications, beautiful appearance, convenient installation, simple debugging and reliable application.
