NFPA 701:2004 Textile Flammability Testing ZY6278 Curtain Combustion Tester

Scope of application:

Used for testing the flame retardant properties of hanging fabrics such as curtain and curtain. It can be used for single or multi-layer fabric, but not for fabric material that is important in grams of 700 g/m2 (21 OZ/yd2).

1. Combustion chamber:

Specification: width 675mm, depth 500mm, 700mm.

Structure: using 12mm thick Marinite mineral plate (calcium silicate plate), external package 1.2 thick 304# stainless steel composition, in front of the open type test case, the test box inner surface must be a smooth black coating. Conformity (NFPA) NFPA 701:2004 Chapter 5 requirements

2. Burner: a laboratory Burner for the Meker Burner hammer, which can be used for 10,500 BUT/Hour. Compliance with (NFPA) NFPA 701:5.3.3 requirements of 2004;

3. Needle bar for sample installation: 9mm stainless steel strip, 190mm long, with diameter of 0.7mm and 11mm steel needle

Steel wire brush: made of bronze (NFPA) NFPA 701:5.9 requirements of 2004

5. Sample frame: equipped with 5 stainless steel sample clips

6. Equipped with stainless steel standard test sample clip 5

7. Equipped with standard burning line 1 volume

8. Control part: conforming to (NFPA) NFPA 701:5.6 requirements of 2004

Control part: adopt automatic method: such as trigger timing, automatic opening and cutting off gas source, etc.

Touch mode: use proximity switch to trigger timing start;

9. Air supply system: equipped with pressure-reducing valve. The solenoid valve is used to automatically open and cut off the gas source. Conformity (NFPA) NFPA 701:5.4 requirements of 2004

10. Timer: 0~99.99 seconds can be set arbitrarily, resolution: 0.01 second, accuracy: 0.1 second;

11. Flow meter: for the rotor flow meter, adjust the height of the flame.
