Equipment structure:

The machine consists of two parts: combustion shaft furnace and control part.

Combustion vertical furnace: composed of combustion chamber, burner, sample holder, air steady flow layer and flue gas, the shape dimensions are 1020mm long x1020mm wide x3930mm high.

Combustion chamber: composed of furnace wall and furnace door, the inner space size: 800mmx800mmx2000mm, the furnace wall is insulated sandwich structure.

Machine box material: the combustion chamber adopts high quality (t=1.2mm)304 non-steel plate, CNC machine tool processing and forming, the arc shape is beautiful and generous.

The frame is assembled by aluminum profile, and the control box adopts high quality (t=1.2mm) electrostatic steel plate. The surface is sprayed and sprayed to make it more clean and beautiful.

Temperature control system:

Thermocouple: 5 groups of thermocouple, diameter of ￠2.0, the accuracy of Ⅱ nickel chrome armoured thermocouple.

Thermometer: intelligent PID temperature control inspector and k-type thermocouple. The readings can be greater than 500 ℃. It has automatic saving function.

Flue: is square channel, size: 500 mm x 500mm, and combustion chamber are interlinked, under the connected with external chimney, USES powerful exhaust system: this machine is equipped with powerful fan, when the test is finished, start the fan system will exhaust gas emitted. (smoke purification system)

Ignition mode: high voltage automatic ignition.

Test support: L380*W380*H1000 (MM), made of stainless steel.

Air stabilizer: a box set to the bottom of the burner. The bottom was laid with barbed wire, and the glass fiber felt.
