The roof combustion test system is an instrument that evaluates the fire resistance of the roof and components in the simulated real conditions and evaluates the grade A~C level of the sample at A1.82 m, B2.4m and C3.9 m. At the same time, it can be used for flame retardant performance test of photovolt battery.

Each gas transmitted to the burner must be tested and controlled in different ways
-lng: use MFM to measure air flow accurately (air flow is controlled by automatic control valve)
- LPG: use the inverter system to adjust the air flow rate: the test deck has a speed of 19 + 8 km/h(5.5 m/SEC)
Using automatic ignition method, the test can be automatically ignited at the same time
A guide board is attached to the vent line to protect the flow turbulence of the supply test deck from outside interference
A slope adjustment panel is installed in the ventilation pipeline to adjust the direction of air flow
12 top burner 58.7 mm equipped with thermocouple, can test the temperature to 888 + 28 ℃
Use DAQ system to automatically control and complete the test.
