Mask bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) detector
1. Overview
It is used to test the bacteria filtration efficiency of medical masks. It is suitable for medical device inspection centers, safety protection inspection centers, labor protection inspection centers, drug inspection centers, disease prevention and control centers, textile inspection centers, hospitals, mask manufacturers, etc.
2. Applicable standards
This equipment fully meets the testing requirements of Appendix B of YY 0469-2011 regarding the bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) test method for medical surgical masks.
3. Features
· The instrument is easy to operate and convenient to connect. After connecting to the test piece, only one key operation can complete the test and improve the detection efficiency.
· Adopt negative pressure test system of biological safety cabinet, equipped with fan exhaust system and high efficiency filter for inlet and outlet air to ensure the safety of operators. The biological safety cabinet is equipped with a lifting glass door for easy observation.
· The operating system uses industrial-grade PLC. The data processing is efficient and accurate, and it can support flexible and free parameter setting and experimental data storage.
· The control terminal is operated with high-brightness color Chinese touch screen. The operation interface is friendly, simple and easy to understand.
· All core components are imported from well-known brands, with higher detection accuracy and repeat accuracy.
· The equipment has a good protection function, which automatically starts the protection function when the detection data exceeds the limit, to prevent damage to the equipment caused by misuse, and at the same time reduce the difficulty of the inspection personnel.
· The equipment is equipped with a microcomputer control to automatically start and stop the pressure source, the operation is simple, the pressure comes from the pressure buffer tank, and the output pressure is more stable.

· Positive pressure source and air filtration system, the positive pressure control output is adjustable from 5 to 500kPa;

· Special aerosol generating device, providing aerosols with particle size and concentration that meet the experimental requirements;
