ASTM D2843 Building Material Smoke Density Exit Sign Fire Tester

Introduction:


Measure the smoke density of burning and decomposition of building material during test, by the loss of light transmission in the testing chamber. Flame and smoke can be monitored with viewing window.

6. Precise pressure adjustment valve for gas control;

7. 64*64mm square stainless specimen support;

9. With adjustable light source system, and light receiving system with imported silicon optical amplifier, which make the result stable and accurate;

10. 19 inch standard control cabinet;

11. controlled by PC+Labview software;

12. Can input the flame appearing time, extinguished time, specimen burning end time, etc. after testing. Accuracy +/- 0.1s;

13. Can output test result file automatically;

14. Can automatically acquire, calculate, save and output test data;

15. Real-time display the data as well as smoke density curve;
