This product is specially designed for the assessment of electrical products in a rain environment, providing a means to ensure the good performance of equipment and components testing. It adopts a comprehensive control system and frequency conversion technology, the rainfall test specimen’s frame of rotary angle, water spray pendulum’s swing angle and water spray swing frequency can be adjusted flexibly.

It involves scientific design and can simulate various rain environments such as dripping, drenching, splashing and spraying, ensuring the accuracy of the test. Also, this product has a safety switch and a drip tray, which provide an extra safeguard and make working with this product even convenient and secure.

Features:

The inner chamber of the machine is made of stainless steel 304. For the outer case, it adopts either stainless steel 304 or powder coating. An adjustable-speed round turntable is installed on the sample table. Furthermore, it is equipped with a bunch of safety functions, which include power overload protection, short-circuit protection, grounding protection, water shortage protection and alarm signaling tips.

Technical Parameters:

This product requires 304 stainless steel for its inner box material, and stainless steel for its outer box material. The observation window is made by waterproof tempered glass. The pendulum angle has to up to IPX3: ±60° along the vertical line, and 120° in total. And IPX4: Left and right along the vertical line ± 180 °, a total of 360 °. Furthermore, the pendulum speed of IP3 has to be 15 times /min, and the IP4 has to be 10 times / min. In terms of water spray hole, the diameter is 0.4mm and its spacing is required to be 50mm, and the turntable speed is 1-10rpm. The flow rate of water jets must be 0.07 L/min +5%. The test time is adjustable among 1~999,999min, and the drenching water pressure must be 80~100Kpa. Lastly, the power supply of it should be single-phase, AC220V, 50/60HZ.
