Application

The Y-type filter is a small device that removes a small amount of solid particles in the liquid, which can protect the normal operation of the equipment. When the fluid enters the filter cartridge with a certain size filter, the impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is filtered by the filter outlet. Discharge, when cleaning is required, just remove the detachable filter cartridge, re-load it after processing, so it is very convenient to use and maintain. The differential pressure switch monitors the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electric controller sends the hydraulic control valve and drives the motor signal, triggering the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, the filter element is cleaned, and the control valve is opened. For the sewage discharge, the entire cleaning process only lasts for several tens of seconds. When the cleaning is finished, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, the system returns to its initial state, and the next filtration process begins. After the equipment is installed, the technician will debug and set the filtration time and cleaning conversion time. The water to be treated enters the body through the water inlet, and the filter starts to work normally.

3.Y-Strainer has the advantage of being able to be installed in either a horizontal or vertical position. However, in both cases, the screening element or "leg" must be on the "downside" of the strainer body so that entrapped solids can be properly collected and held for disposal.
