Usage:

Valve characteristics

1. Simple shape, light weight, good manufacturing technology, wide range of application, easy to install.

Matters needing attention

1. The valve is kept in a dry warehouse. It is strictly prohibited to store it in the open air.
2. Long-term storage, should be maintained regularly.
3. This product can be installed in any position and any pipeline, the use condition should be consistent with the requirements in the performance specification.
4. Pipe and valve cavity should be cleaned before installation.
5. After installation, the product should not be subjected to large external forces.
6. When the local minimum temperature is lower than 4℃, insulation protection should be done; As the end valve should be used with pipe or jacket heating, to prevent the tube wall temperature below 0℃.
7. It is strictly prohibited to install and use in pipelines that bear vibration or rapid changes in medium temperature.
8. The elastic seat sealing valve should not be installed on the pipeline whose working pressure is greater than the nominal pressure.
9. Elastic interseat valves should not be used on contracted lines unless otherwise recommened or demonstrated by the manufacturer.
10. To prevent damage during operation, it is recommended that the operating torque of DN40 ~ 100be no more than 270N.m and DN125 ~ 300. The value must be less than 400 N.m,DN350to 600 must be less than 500N.m, and ≥DN700 must be less than 700N.m.
