Introudction

The rubber ball adopts hollow steel ball and is attached with rubber with good elasticity, which can ensure the sealing and reduce the damage to the pipeline system during valve closing. When the valve is opened, the conical body with holes can fix the steel ball, eliminate the pressure on the contact surface between the rubber ball and the conical body, make the contact surface contact, and reduce the hydraulic loss caused by the shaking of the rubber ball in the valve. In the large pipeline system, the use of three channel or four channel spherical check valve can replace the large valve plate structure, reduce the weight of the valve plate, make the inner channel have an independent porous structure, and the ball is placed in each hole. The liquid will go its own way in the process of entering and exiting the valve body without interference, reduce the impact and vibration in the process of closing the valve, reduce the noise, and completely eliminate the ball running fault. The multi channel spherical check valve has no articulated parts (shaft and shaft sleeve) and no relative mechanical friction movement. Compared with the swing check valve, it has no vulnerable parts, long service life and no maintenance work
