Expanding Bolted Bonnet Flanged Gate Valve Flexible Wedge ANSI 300 LB

Description:

Extended Bonnet Gate Valves can be installed under ground, but it can be operated on the ground. and it can be used in low temperature environment.

1 . Body: Body is cast with low-temperature material, for example, LCB or Stainless Steel.

Flanged End cast steel gate valves are vaailable in flanged end and butt weld ends. All flanged and Butt Welding end valves are designed to conform to ANSI B16.5 and ANSI B16.25

2 . Bonnet: Extended Bonnet as per requirement. or Extended Yoke as per requirement.

3 . Seat Ring: Seat rings are seal welded to eliminate leak path bhind rings for long trouble-free service. The Surfaces are precision ground to fit accurately with the disc.

4 . Wedge: One piece flexivle wedge provides accurate alignment of mating seating surfaces , so the valve can absorb piping strains without leakage. Valves are also furnished with solid wege that have proved successful in millions of applications.

5 . Stem: The T-head , disc-stem connection prevents lateral strain on the stem for smooth, easy operation.

6 . Packing: Packing contains corrosion inhibitor to avoid stem pitting. Stuffing box is deep, assuring long packing life.

7 . Gland: Gland is two piece ball type which exerts even pressure on the packing without binding the stem.

8 . Handwheel: Can also be supplied with gear box, Pneumatic and motor operators.
