Wedge anchor can be used for anchoring of concrete and external wall structural parts. Its installation is very convenient.
Material: Grade 4.8, 5.8 carbon steel and 304, 316 stainless steel
Surface treatment: cold galvanized (zinc layer thickness ≥ 5um);
hot galvanized (zinc layer thickness ≥ 45um);
304,316 stainless steel does not require surface treatment.

Operating:
1. Use straight hole drills to drill holes of corresponding diameter and depth
2. Use the soot blower to sweep ash until the hole has no dust overflow
3. Place the gasket and knock the wedge anchor into the hole
4. Use the torque drill to tighten the nut and expand the expansion piece to achieve anchoring
P.s. Electric hammer, drills, soot blowers, torque drills and mounting connector will be used during the operation.
Jiraw is equipped with a mounting connector as sandard. Others are purchased on demand.
