WT-82 intelligent digital type eddy current detector is suitable for online offline flaw detection metal pipes,wire rods, steel pipe,and electromagnetic wire,copper wire,aluminum wire.It also can be suitable for automatic detection of other mechanical parts .It has relatively independent detecting channel,and drive combined probes formed by absolute and differential coils,detecting channel collecting data at the same time so as to detect longitudinal cracks and transverse flaw of metal pipes ,wire rods during they are produced .It has high degree of sensitivity on concealed joint ,open crack and so on axial flaw .

The features of function

It can detect cracks created by malfunction during production.The signal got by detecting channel can make impedance plane diagram and time base showed on the screen,adopting full digitization design ,so it can build many standard detecting procedures and professional systems in the instrument.It’s convenient for users to use to change the specifications and be furnished with input and output control connector,convenient to detect connector of scene and many kinds of equipment and work together, forming a high degree automated entirety
