System introduction:
CUT-2012A 12-channel automatic eddy-current ultrasonic inspection system for pipe and bar with the help of PLC programmable controller to measure the encoder, photoelectric sensor, eddy current ultrasonic flaw detector signal acquisition, operation and control, to achieve a variety of automatic control functions required in the process of off-line, variable speed ultrasonic flaw detection of pipe and bar.
The system uses DC speed control technology and power module control technology to realize the stepless speed control of the transfer roller table, which can avoid the high-frequency random interference signal generated by the conventional AC frequency converter, and make the field test results stable and reliable.
The system has the practical functions of setting, adjusting, saving and calling all kinds of parameters required for ultrasonic automatic flaw detection. It has the characteristics of simple parameter adjustment and high flaw detection efficiency.
The system can meet the requirement of automatically distinguishing and marking internal and external wall defects in the process of variable speed detection.
