Description

FET-99 flaw detector has a test frequency range of 64 Hz ~ 2MHz, which can adapt to the detection requirements of various metal wires, and because of the all-digital design, it can establish a number of standard testing procedures or expert systems in the instrument, which is convenient for users to call when changing product specifications.
The FET-99 can be fitted with a pass-through probe with very low coupling gap requirements, as well as a combined flat probe or a saddle-type probe the size of a cigarette pack. The instrument is suitable for almost all eddy current probes produced by manufacturers.
The testing process is roughly as follows:
1, probe fixed.
2, steel pipe into the detection probe automatic detection.
3, automatic alarm when there is a defect and spray on the color of the defect mark automatically to the unqualified box.
4, no defect, no alarm and no spray mark automatically to the qualified box.
