2,eddy current flaw detector works
Eddy Current Testing (Eddy Current Testing) is one of many non-destructive testing (NDT) methods. It uses the basic theory of "electromagnetics" as the basis for conductor detection.
Eddy current detection is to connect the conductor close to the AC probe, the establishment of alternating magnetic field, the alternating magnetic field through the conductor, and with the occurrence of electromagnetic induction, in the conductor to establish eddy current. The eddy current in the probe conductor also produces its own magnetic field, and the effect of the eddy current field changes the strength of the original magnetic field, which in turn leads to changes in voltage and impedance. So when the conductor appears defective or measured metal material changes, will affect the eddy current strength and distribution, eddy current changes caused by the detection coil voltage and impedance changes, according to this change, you can indirectly know the defects within the conductor The presence and defects of metal materials

Portable FET-9HS intelligent digital dual frequency eddy current flaw detector is convenient to take and suitable for online ,offline flaw detection of metal pipe , wire rods,steel pipe,steel rods it can also apply to automatic flaw detection of other mechanical accessories such as the inner wall of the tube,drill plate,bearing coil,hole of the slap,square billet,round billet.Equipped with relative independent testing channel,so it can drive combined probe formed by absolute and differential coil,the detecting channel collect data simultaneously so as to detect longitudinal crack and transverse defect of metal bars,rods,wire rods ,during production. it has high sensitivity on longitudinal defects such as submerged joint and surface opening cracks.It can reliably detect cracks resulted from malfunction during production.
