Production Description:

1. Construction of Cat7 cable

  • Solid, annealed bare copper wire (Dia. 23 AWG) insulated with High density Polyethylene(HDPE).
  • Two insulated conductors twisted together to form a pair and four such pairs laid up to form the basic unit.
  • The cable is shielded with an overall polyester aluminum foil and is jacketed with PVC or LSZH sheath
  • Maximum operating temperature: 70℃

  • Minimum bending radiu: 4 x cable diameter
