Production Description:

1. Production Application

As the transmission and power connection cable for control and measurement signals, the special cable for anti bending and torsion robot has the advantages of water-proof, oil-proof, cold resistant and wear-resistant, UV resistant, flame-retardant, bending life of more than 15 million times. It is suitable for installation in various situations where torsion and bending stress exist simultaneously; it is suitable for connection and assembly of welding robot and manipulator, connection of rotary or lifting platform, or installation of field joint when cable movement (such as in drag chain system) cannot be set in design.

Minimum bending radius: fixed installation: 5 * cable outer diameter; mobile installation: when the stroke is less than or equal to 10 meters, the bending radius is 7.5 * D; when the stroke is more than or equal to 10 meters, the bending radius is 10 * D
