Rigid Flange Coupling is simply called the flange coupling. It belongs to the rigid coupling. It connects two flanges with a flange and is connected with two axes by ordinary flat keys. Then the 2.5 couplings are connected together by bolts to transfer motion and torque. The bolts connecting the 2.5 coupling can be used as a Class A and a B class of ordinary bolts, and the torque is passed on the friction moment of the 2.5 coupling surface. Rigid Flange Coupling has two main structural forms: 1., the hinge is made of bolts to realize the two axle pairs and the bolts are subjected to extrusion and shearing to transmit the torque; 2., the 1.5 shoulders are matched with the grooves on the other 1.5 couplings.
Advantages of flange couplings

2. Easy to assemble, disassemble, and maintain. The transmission torque is large, which can ensure high alignment accuracy of the two axes.
3. Generally used in shaft drive with stable load, high speed or high transmission accuracy.
Flange couplings do not have radial, axial and angular compensation performance. If the centering accuracy of the two shafts cannot be guaranteed during use, it will reduce the service life, transmission accuracy and transmission efficiency of the coupling, and cause vibration And noise.
