1.Standards
The cable is manufactured according to the standard GB 12706-91 or IEC60502.It is suitable to be installed in the power transmission and distribution lines with rated voltage of 0.6/1KV(U0/U). 2.Application
For laying in doors,in tunnel and in ducts, able to bear a certain traction during laying but not external mechanical force .It is impermissible to lay single core cable in magnetic ducts.
3.Operation Characteristic
Maximum rated temperature The maximum operating temperature of cores shall not exceed 90"C, when the cable is used for long period. The temperature of cores shall not exceed 250℃ at short circuit fors seconds. The installation of cables is not limited by the difference of level along the route. The ambient temperature should not be below 0℃ during installation. The minimum bending radius shall not be less than 10 times of the cable overall diameter when laying.
Storage and transportation
During storage, the cable should be packaged in a standardized manner to avoid long-term exposure to the sun in the open air, and the two ends should be reliably sealed. Long-term storage in a humid environment is not allowed, and the cable reel cannot be laid flat. The height of the tray should be considered during transportation and should be fixed effectively. During hoisting, several trays are not allowed to be hoisted at the same time, and it is strictly forbidden to push down from a high place.
Laying and installation
Special tools should be used for cable laying, such as pay-off racks, guide rollers, etc., to prevent mechanical damage during laying and keep away from heat sources.
When the cable is laid through the pipe, the inner diameter of the pipe shall not be less than 1.5 times the outer diameter of the cable. When multiple cables are passed through the pipe, it is forbidden to squeeze the cables. The total area of the cables shall not exceed 40% of the total area of the pipe.
