1. Relevant structure
ACSR is made of twisted aluminum wire and steel wire, suitable for overhead transmission lines.
It has a steel "core" inside, and aluminum wires are twisted around the steel core outside; the steel core mainly plays the role of increasing the strength, and the aluminum stranded wire mainly plays the role of transmitting electric energy;
2. Related models
The models of ACSR are: JL/G1A JL/G1B JL/G2A JL/G2B JL/G3A
Among them: G1A or G1B refers to ordinary strength steel wire.
G2A or G2B refers to high strength steel wire.
G3A refers to extra high strength steel wire.
Model difference: Take JL/G1A-240/30 ACSR as an example.
It is represented by the current JL/G1A-240/30 in the national standard (GB/T1179-2008);
It is represented by LGJ-240/30 in the national standard (GB/T1179-1983).
3. Main application
For high-voltage transmission lines, due to the limited path of the line, it is impossible to erect multiple lines on one path. People have come up with the idea of using one path, one set of iron towers, and hanging multiple wires, that is, one line is equivalent to erecting multiple lines. Line method; for 500KV transmission lines, most of our country adopts the method of hanging four wires. This method of wiring is called paralleling on the same tower.
4. Related advantages
ACSR has the advantages of simple structure, convenient erection and maintenance, low line cost, large transmission capacity, and is conducive to the laying of special geographical conditions such as across rivers and valleys. It has good electrical conductivity, sufficient mechanical strength, and high tensile strength. , The tower rod distance can be enlarged and so on. Therefore, it is widely used in overhead transmission and distribution lines of various voltage levels.
