Process of this Flexo Folder Gluer

1. The aim of the flexo folding and gluing inline process is to produce regular slotted cases (RSC's) from sheets of corrugated board in a single pass. Laid out horizontally as an integrated system, as flexo folder gluer will incorporate a number of complimentary units that feed and print the board in several colors, then cut, glue, and fold it to produce a finished box.

1. The Feeding units of this machine adopts lead edge feeder with 3-4 axis for driving, and extended dust removing system with 3-4 suction blower and anti-static brushes to remove the dust effectively.
2. Several flexographic printing units, one for each color required, cardboard transmit by a vacuum transfer device, which is more and widely application of thin, bend, and wrap cardboard.

6. Counter-ejector: stacks the cases in the required quantities according to the thickness of the material. The counter ejector delivers a bundle of completed cases ready to be strapped and palletized manually or with an automatic palletizer.
7. Automatic PP/PE Strapping unit: an optional of automatic PP/PE strapping units, which allows to wrapping a bundle of cartons and can directly send it to truck after strapping.
