SP-RDC0920/1224/1628 Series Rotary Die Cutting Machine is especially used for die-cutting boxes, with Lead Edge Feeder, easy to operate and maintain.

THE MAIN FEATURES:

1. Machine frame: 65mm.
2. Lead edge feeding suitable for all kind of printed cardboard, more benefits for wrap and bend ones.
3. The Die-cutting anvil is made of seamless steel pipe (outer diameter 303mm, including anvil cover 320mm), precision ground, chrome plated and balance corrected, adopts shaft locking system, the thermal refining of shaft core to make it become more anti-fatigue and toughness.
4. The Die-cutting anvil is covered with Italy Policart Anvil cover, and it’s dismountable for easy changing.
5. Mechanical differential structure is adopted for transverse moving for a range of 30mm, which enables anvil cover wear uniform, and prolongs its life time.
6. The gap of die-cutting anvil is motorized adjusted, digital display, and the adjustment range: 0-11mm.
7. The Die-cutting cylinder is made of seamless steel pipe (outer diameter 257mm, including anvil cover 305mm), precision ground, chrome plated and balance corrected, adopts shaft locking system, the thermal refining of shaft core to make it become more anti-fatigue and toughness.
8. Cross line engraved on the surface of die-cutting cylinder. M10 screw holes are attached, and holes distance is international standard.
9. Wooden die height is H24mm for easy installation.
10. Upper guiding roller is made of solid steel pipe, precision ground, chrome plated and balance corrected, with 2pcs grooved guiding rings, can be quickly adjusted by hand.
11. The lower roller is made of solid steel pipe, precision ground, chrome plated, balance corrected.
12. The gap of lower roller is motorized adjusted with self-locking system, dial display, the adjustment range: 0-11mm.
13. Planetary gear structure is adopted for die-cutting register, 360ºprecisely adjusted.
14. Die-cutting unit is digitally control by independent PLC, die-cutting register and transverse moving is motorized adjusted, digital display.
15. Register fixing adopts pneumatic brake structure, when the units are opening or registering, the brake structure stops machine running to fix the position of wooden die.
16. As requested, it’s available to add an independent driver for linear speed compensation.
17. Automatic anvil grinding is optional.
18. Available to match with Vibrator and Stacker.
