1. Top printing flexo printer slotter match with down-folding folder gluer machine, inline control, easy to adjusting orders, fast set-up of machines.
2. Total of this folder gluer machine we use 9 servo motors for precision control, quickly feedback, more precision and more accurate.
3. Suction belts is used to reduce the fishtails of box folding.
4. Guiding wheels speed and angle can be adjusted to reduce big/small gap of folding.
5. Top loading counter ejector, which is much more easy for die-cutting boxes stacking, more smoothly.
6. Gluing system imported from USA, easy to adjust the glue length, save glue.
7. Can easy match with automatic PP/PE strapping machine, makes the whole line only need 3-4 staffs, greatly save the labor cost and space.
