Raw Paper Roll Feeded to The Roll Stand, After Heated And Moisture Adjusted By The Per-Heater, Raw Paper Will Go To The Single Facer, Corrugated By It, And Gluing Together With Another Raw Paper To Become Single Faced Corrugating Paper, Then Conveyed Through The Over Bridge, Re-Heated By Multi-Pre-Heater, After Glued By Glue Machine, Jointed By The Double Backer, Continuous Corrugating Board Comes Out.
After Slitting And Scorring By Slitter Scorer And Transverse Cutting By Cutoff, Corrugating Board With Different Sizes Are Produced. At Last, These Different Sizes Corrugating Board Will Be Stacked, Calculated.

Features
1. Layered independent motor drive, adopts scattered-tooth gear box, save more than 20% electricity compared with the traditional gear box
2. To avoid the inconsistent resistance between the upper and lower belts, to avoid skid on rubber roller of drive wheel, to avoid top and bottom belt out-of-sync caused by aging canvas belt.
3. For traditional double facer, you have to change the both top and bottom belts when replacing belt. However, normally the bottom belt is still in good condition while the top belt worn out. It will become out-of-sync if just change the top belt without changing bottom belt. For XHL’s master drive, the layered independent drive makes it possible to just replace the top belt
4. The top and bottom roller diameter are both Ф910MM and set to medium-high level, rhombus pattern covered by wearable rubber.
5. Canvas belt guiding roll, our unique design, when the canvas wear and cause slippery, problem can be solved by adjusting the guiding roll, to increase the friction between canvas belt and rubber roll’s wrap angel, take full advantage of the canvas belt’s service life.
6. Fasting braking, only takes 2 seconds to directly stop when hot plates speed at 120m/min. This not only reduce the waste rate, but also saves electricity, production line 150m/min – 300m/min can be used
