Usage:
Machines in this series are applicable for continuous multi-color printing on rolling materials in good printing performance such as cellophane, BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, aluminum foil, and paper, broadly applied for all types of super-quality printed matters.

Feature:
1. The machine is three motors system control, five motors and seven motors system is optional
2. Computer registering devices and static camera examining graphics
3,Double reel stations inside, non-stop splicing.
4. Adopting variable frequency motor control for main driver, unwinder and feeding.
5. Unwinder auto tension controller and rewinding by two variable frequency motors
6.Shaft less cylinder loading.Pneumatic backpressure moving doctor blade, three side ajusting and double air cylinder pressure.
7.Sealed type oven, outside heating system, Hot-air circulation system, auto constant temperature control system
8.Adopting aluminum alloy guide roll after anode oxidation processing and in balance.
9. High-accuracy gear transmission box, adopting patented technique.
