2. Infeed: inflatable drum loading roll material is convenient, saves time and effort

pressure uniform and ink layer is uniform, ensure print quality
6. The screen holder: the screen holder designed as activities cantilever, shift and adjust easily and effort

7. Printing: servo motor drive with precision guide, start and stop stable, printing uniform, to ensure the
uniformity of the printed ink layer

8. Alignment: multi-color automatic tracking, the PLC + Germany SICK color sensors control, alignment and
overprint are accurate and stable, adjustable precision micrometer, adjustment accuracy of sensor is up to
0.005mm

9. Cited material: set the length in touch screen, servo drive to cited material, with color sensor, the length
of pulled up material is accurate and stable

10. Dry-collection: opto sensors control collection, stop when no substrate, speed is frequency stepless

energy, circulation drying, heat evenly, and not easily deformed

11. Screen adjustment: precision machining screw, to ensure that the regulation accuracy, with the bit
